Hi love, I’m Dr. Laura.

I’m really passionate about helping women heal. Whether it’s helping with painful sex, decreasing urinary leakage, prepping for birth, postpartum physical therapy or healing from sexual trauma, I will be a sanctuary for embodied healing and soul restoration.

As a grounded & trauma informed pelvic floor physical therapist, somatic experiencing practitioner, & sexuality coach, i’m here to help women restore their bodies, reclaim their pleasure, & thrive as the most alive, liberated, and fiercely authentic version of themselves.

Let’s work together to build trust, confidence, & connection within yourself & your sacred body.

mission

I am committed to helping women live their most beautiful life through movement-based therapy, mind-body practices, and hands-on healing.

I hold the delicate balance between western and eastern medicine and believe we are truly so fortunate to have both.

I choose to take a holistic approach to health and healing. I believe collaboration with other providers is necessary to achieve recovery and wellness.

My goal is to help YOU reach YOURS.

Serving Salt Lake City, Holladay, Millcreek, Murray, Midvale, Sugarhouse, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Draper, Taylorsville, & surrounding areas.

She knows her stuff, she is compassionate, caring, and she doesn’t just listen to you, she makes you feel heard. She is an absolutely amazing pelvic floor therapist and a wonderful human being…her office is very inviting, caring, and a safe place to heal. I am so beyond grateful to have found her.” - Chloe

  • Testimonials

“Just had my first pelvic floor PT appointment. Let me first just say I almost never leave reviews. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Laura. She is a true professional in her field. She made me feel so comfortable and heard throughout the duration of the visit. Her treatment room and facility was very calming and had a spa like atmosphere. I have been having issues for a long while and even after one session I am feeling better- I feel confident with her help I will feel a world of better after some additional sessions. Thankful to have found her.” - Breana

  • Testimonials

“I loved working with Dr. Laura Haley. I’ve been struggling with pelvic floor and bladder dysfunction related to endometriosis for over 15 years, and no other doctor or urologist has been able to help me. Dr. Laura has a holistic approach where she works with the emotional issues that could be underlying the dysfunction. Working with her was a game changer for me! Her sessions are incredibly gentle and compassionate. She spends the entire hour with you during therapy. I never felt rushed. After just working with her for a few months, we got my pelvic floor working correctly and my bladder issues completely went away! I cannot recommended her enough. She’s truly amazing at what she does.” - Brandi

  • Testimonials

“Dr. Laura Haley is a truly gifted, skilled and knowledgeable pelvic floor therapist. I feel so grateful to have shared a wonderful 6-week treatment period with her. She is amazing, so professional and talented, and yet, is fun and makes an otherwise, awkward conversation, so easy. I am almost 80, but she made me feel like a super star! What a gem, and a lovely, compassionate young woman! I am thrilled with my improvement and am happy to highly recommend her.” - former patient

“Dr. Laura Haley is simply incredible. After three births, I decided it was time to see a pelvic floor specialist. Dr. Laura made me feel comfortable and took the time to dial in on my specific needs and give me the tools I needed to relieve my symptoms. I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially for regular postpartum care.” - former patient

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Pelvic floor PT is a type of physical therapy focused on the pelvis (hips/ sacrum/low back) and a group of muscles at the bottom of your pelvic called the pelvic floor muscles.

  • The pelvic floor is a group of muscles at the bottom of the pelvis that has 5 major functions:

    -support for organs

    -stabilize hips and core

    -sexual function

    -sphincter control (bowel/bladder)

-sump pump to help blood flow to back to the heart

  • Everyone has a pelvis and everyone has a pelvic floor! So if you are experiencing any pain in the pelvic region, any bowel or bladder issues, any sexual issues, planning to become pregnant, pregnant, have been pregnant, feeling disconnected to your body or pelvis, or want to prevent any pelvic issues, then it is a good idea to see a Pelvic Floor PT!

  • Sex therapy can be helpful if you are experiencing difficulties or dissatisfaction with relation to your sexual health and wellness. I have training in sex therapy and coaching, trauma informed care, as well as a thorough understanding of the pelvic anatomy to help you understand what is going on and how we can get you to where you want to be.

Somatic Therapy can be helpful for recovering from any type of trauma, or if you are feeling disconnected to your body and want to heal through a body focused approach, rather than a cognitive approach.

  • Dr. Laura will give you 60 minute, 1 on 1 care each visit. She is trained in trauma informed care, meaning she will go slowly, respectfully, and make sure you will feel nothing but safety and empowerment in her presence. You also have access to text or email her at all times if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Many insurance companies will reject pelvic health claims, making it difficult for you to get your care covered, and for reimbursement for the provider.

Many medical providers may be limited to certain treatment based on what the insurance provider will cover.

Many co-pays at facilities are near the cost of my visits, and you won’t be surprised later by a large bill from your insurance company weeks after receiving the treatment.

Due to lack of insurance reimbursement, many clinics will be forced into having to see several clients a day in a very short period of time. I don’t believe a patient will get quality care if the provider is only able to spend a small amount of time with them.

I do provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, and I do accept HSA cards for payments.
