Frequently Asked Questions

  • No! It is never too late to start pelvic floor PT. We can help you whether it is weeks or years after having your baby.

  • We typically recommend you coming in to start treatment abut 6-8 weeks postpartum.

  • Pelvic floor PT can be very helpful if you are experiencing pain during pregnancy, or if you are looking for guidance and support for labor & delivery preparation.

  • Initial evaluations are $120 and follow up sessions are $100. We typically need about 5-6 sessions total.

  • You may come into pelvic floor PT feeling scared or nervous, but you will leave feeling safe, heard, seen, comfortable, more empowered, more connected to your self, and more optimistic about your healing.
