Sacred Embodiment Begins with Safety

Coming home to the body is coming home to the soul.

Empowerment through Embodiment.

Your body holds the wisdom & i’ll help you listen.

We fall to rise, we soften to reclaim, we feel to be free.

Somatic Experiencing is a body-centered approach to healing trauma & stress-related disorders. While processing thoughts are extremely helpful, it is important to also address and process the physical sensations related to trauma and emotions that are accumulated inside of the body.

By paying attention to bodily sensations and regulating the nervous system, we can start to release the physical and emotional tension held inside our bodies.

Somatic Experiencing is also foundational in helping with treatment in chronic pain.
